Hi Lauren, I am also a big proponent of e-games (even if it has to be Sponge Bob) because children find these motivational and as a result, increase the time reading, writing, and in many cases interacting socially with their peers (e.g. problem solving). My 12 year old plays a game called SPORE - it is a powerful simulation game (which I should have included in my dynamic graphic organizer)! Soraya
